The short version

Needle in a Haystack collects no data. The only thing that ever leaves your device is a leaderboard score, sent to Apple's Game Center, and only if you choose to sign in.

The slightly longer version

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It contains no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. It has no accounts of its own.

Your points, tools and best times are saved locally on your device only, and are deleted if you delete the app.

If you sign in to Game Center, the app submits your lifetime points and your fastest time on each level to Apple's Game Center leaderboards so they can be ranked against other players. That data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; the developer never receives it. You can play without signing in, and nothing is sent.

Changes

If a future update ever changes any of this, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
